Messages we send

• One-time verification codes when you confirm your mobile number to open the free homeowner roof report. For example: RoofKarma: Your verification code is 4821. It expires in 10 minutes.
• Notifications about a report or a roofer offer you requested, such as your report being ready. For example: RoofKarma: Your roof report for 1234 Elm St is ready: roofkarma.com/r/k3Xz9

RoofKarma does not send marketing or promotional texts, and never texts a number that was bought or supplied by someone else. A roofer never receives your number because you verified it.

How you opt in

You opt in on a web form. On the RoofKarma homeowner report page you type your mobile number into the phone field, under which the consent statement below is shown, then tap the button to receive a code. Nothing is sent until you tap it. The statement reads:

By providing your mobile number and tapping 'Send code', you agree to receive SMS messages from RoofKarma (JobsiteOn, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from RoofKarma.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing after it:

“JobsiteOn, LLC: You're unsubscribed from JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.”

Opting out applies to the whole number, so it covers RoofKarma, JobsiteOn and FoundingSite texts. You can also ask us to stop by emailing support@roofkarma.com.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message and we will text back:

“JobsiteOn, LLC (JobsiteOn, RoofKarma, FoundingSite): Help at support@jobsiteon.com. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so a code can arrive late. If one does not show up, request a new code.

Privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their marketing. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only so the texts can be sent. Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will ask for your consent again before sending a new kind of message.
